Personnel:

From reading about the Sunnyside Unified School District, one can already tell that it must be a tight-knit community. The personnel among the district are probably individuals who have grown up within the community and have decided to educate in the same place they were educated. As a part of the strong bond the personnel has as a result of the "tightness" among the community, the high student achievement has to be in part of their strong collaborative efforts. The individuals in the district seem to work well together for the success of the students.
