Instruction

The educators within this district must take a hands-on approach to instructing. Some key approaches to ensure student learning are allowing students the opportunity to discuss with one another the topics at hand, teach one another the concepts presented, and dissect the skills into mini-skills. These approaches are very easily be implemented in this district through cooperative learning groups. Through cooperative learning the teacher is no longer the sole individual in the classroom teaching, all students become teachers of one another and the "teacher" becomes the facilitator of learning.
